United Kingdom Bucharest Branch, in its capacity as Sole Administrator and Fund Manager of Fondul Proprietatea S.A., announces that the Annual Report as of 31 December 2014 is available daily at Fondul Proprietatea's headquarters in Bucharest, 78 - 80 Buzeşti Street, 7th floor, district 1, Romania, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on the its official webpage, www.fondulproprietatea.ro, in the Section « Investor Relations / Financial Results ».

Buzeşti nr. 78 - 80, etaj 7, sector 1, România, de luni până vineri, între orele 09.00 - 17.00, precum şi pe pagina oficială de internet a acesteia:www.fondulproprietatea.ro, la Secţiunea «Relaţii cu investitorii/ Rezultate financiare».
