Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L, alternative investment fund manager and sole director of Fondul Proprietatea SA ("Fondul Proprietatea / the Fund"), hereby, announces that Fondul De Pensii Adminstrat Privat Metropolitan Life and Metropolitan Life Asigurări Metlife Europe D.A.C. Dublin Sucursala București have sent an aggregate disclosure of holdings over 5% of the total voting rights in the Fund, as reflected in the Annex. According to the disclosure received by Fondul Proprietatea on 10 May 2023 ("Report date"), as at 30 June 2022 ("Date of exceeding the threshold vote percentage"), Fondul De Pensii Adminstrat Privat Metropolitan Life and Metropolitan Life Asigurări Metlife Europe D.A.C. Dublin Sucursala București, by virtue of acting in concert, held in common a number of 300,900,475 voting rights, representing 5.1267% of the total number of voting rights in Fondul Proprietatea at 30 June 2022 (i.e. 5,869,326,989).
