Settlement and payment of the transactions related to the public tender offer

Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of alternative investment fund manager of Fondul Proprietatea S.A., would like to inform shareholders that the settlement of the transactions for Global Depository Receipts ("GDRs") and of the transactions for shares under the public tender offer was completed on 16 March 2023.

The daily execution of the buy-back programme will be resumed on 20 March 2023 and will be performed in accordance with the discount management techniques set out in the Fondul Proprietatea's Investment Policy Statement (Investment Policy Statement (https://www.fondulproprietatea.ro/files/live/sites/fondul/files/en/corporategovernance/Investment%20Policy%20Statement.pdf ))
