United Kingdom Bucharest Branch, in its capacity as Investment Manager of Fondul Proprietatea SA ("the Fund / Issuer") hereby announces that City of London Investment Management Company Limited ("City of London") has sent a disclosure of holdings below 5% of the total voting rights in the Fund, as reflected in the Annex. According to the disclosure, City of London's combined holdings (shares and Global Depositary Receipts - "GDRs") as of 24 April 2018 ("Report date") represented 3.9428% of the subscribed share capital of the Fund, 4.1027% of the subscribed and paid-up share capital and 368,044,051 voting rights, representing 4.9629% of the total number of voting rights in Fondul Proprietatea as at 29 March 2018.
