Errata to the Shareholding structure and total number of voting rights as at 31 July 2024

The shareholding structure and total number of voting rights at the level of Fondul Proprietatea SA (the "Fund") as of 31 July 2024, as received from Depozitarul Central S.A., published on the Fund's webpage on 8 August 2024, here - Romanian language version, contains a typo error in what concerns the percentage of the total exercisable voting rights of the Romanian individual shareholders, and it shall be read correctly as follows:
