Extension of the existing credit facility with BRD - GROUPE SOCIETE GENERALE S.A.

United Kingdom Bucharest Branch, in its capacity as Investment Manager of Fondul Proprietatea SA ("the Fund"), would like to inform shareholders and investors that it has decided to extend the existing credit facility of RON 1 billion with BRD - GROUPE SOCIETE GENERALE S.A. with 1 year, until 4 July 2018, within the same terms and conditions.
