Following the Resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. (the "Fund" / "Fondul Proprietatea") held on 27 September 2024, as per the current report published on Fondul Proprietatea's website on the same date here , Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity as alternative investment fund manager and sole director of Fondul Proprietatea (the "Fund Manager") , hereby informs investors that, on 1 October 2024, Mrs. Ileana-Lăcrămioara ISĂRESCU accepted the mandate as member of the Board of Nominees ("Board" / "BoN") for a period of three (3) years, namely until 1 October 2027. Thus, starting with 1 October 2024, the membership of the Board of Nominees is the following: -     Ilinca von DERENTHALL - Chairperson of the BoN; -     Ciprian LĂDUNCĂ - Member of the BoN; -     Marius-Alin ANDRIEȘ - Member of the BoN; -     Ileana-Lăcrămioara ISĂRESCU - member of the BoN; -     Nicholas PARIS - Interim member of the BoN [1] . The Fund will initiate the procedure for registering the mandate of Mrs. Ileana-Lăcrămioara Isărescu with the Bucharest Trade Registry Office. Also, further announcements regarding the new membership of the Consultative Committees of the Fund will be made available once a decision is taken by the Board.
