Update regarding the Board of Nominees of Fondul Proprietatea S.A.

Following the Resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. (the "Fund" / "Fondul Proprietatea") held on 27 September 2024, as per the current report published on Fondul Proprietatea's website on the same date here, and the Fund's Board of Nominees (the "Board" / "BoN") decision of 27 September 2024, Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity as alternative investment fund manager and sole director of Fondul Proprietatea (the "Fund Manager"), hereby informs investors that, starting with 27 September 2024, Mr. Nicholas Paris was appointed as interim member of the Board of Nominees until the next Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be summoned by the Fund Manager, having on its agenda the appointment of a new Board member.

Further announcements regarding the new membership of the Board of Nominees and of the Consultative Committees of the Fund will be made available once a decision is taken by the Board.
