Update regarding the Board of Nominees of Fondul Proprietatea S.A.

Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of alternative investment fund manager of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. (the "Fund"), hereby announces that it has received confirmation that Mr. Martin Bernstein accepted the mandate as a member of the Board of Nominees ('BoN') as of 27 April 2022,

The Fund will initiate the procedure for registering the mandate of Mr. Martin Bernstein at the Trade Registry attached to the Bucharest Court.

The Fund will further update the shareholders on the structure of the BoN and the composition of the BoN's advisory committees once these will be decided by the BoN.
