The Audit and Valuation Committee consists of: - Julian Rupert Francis HEALY - Chairman; - Piotr RYMASZEWSKI - Member; - Steven Cornelis van GRONINGEN - Member; - Sorin Mihai MÎNDRUȚESCU - Member; - Mark Henry GITENSTEIN - Member. The Remuneration and Nomination Committee consists of: - Sorin Mihai MÎNDRUȚESCU - Chairman; - Mark Henry GITENSTEIN - Member; - Piotr RYMASZEWSKI - Member; - Steven Cornelis van GRONINGEN - Member; - Julian Rupert Francis HEALY - Member. We remind shareholders that each of the above-mentioned Committees will consist of five (5) persons, all of them being the members of the Fund's Board of Nominees.
