Corporate changes at the level of Fondul Proprietatea S.A.

Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity as alternative investment fund manager and sole director (the "Fund Manager") of Fondul Proprietatea SA (the "Fund"), would like to inform shareholders that Mr. Dan Gheorghe, Mr. Călin Meteș and Mr. Daniel Naftali have been appointed as permanent representatives of the Fund Manager at the level of the Fund.

The said changes are effective as of today and do not affect the other permanent representatives of the Fund Manager at the level of the Fund, namely Mr. Craig Blair, Mr. Johan Meyer, Mr. Mike Sommer, Mrs. Oana - Valentina Truţa and Mrs. Denise Voss.
