Dividend Timetable

The Board of Focusrite Plc, the global music and audio products company supplying hardware and software products used by professional and amateur musicians, is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 0.6 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the six months ending 28 February 2015.

This will be payable to shareholders on the register as at 29 May 2015, with an associated ex-dividend date of 28 May 2015 and a payment date of 26 June 2015.
