Pre-close Trading Update

Focusrite Plc (AIM: TUNE), the global music and audio products company, confirms that it expects revenue for the year ending 31 August 2016 to be approximately £54 million, following a strong performance in the second half.

Cash ended the year at £5.6m, up from £4.0m at the half year.

Phil Dudderidge, Executive Chairman commented:

"We are very pleased with the outcome of our product launches this year, especially the second generation Scarlett interface range.  Scarlett is the number one selling audio interface product line in the world with over one million units sold since its launch in 2011 and is Focusrite's leading product offering by volume of sales.  The new and upgraded Scarlett range is targeted at the large market of home recording by aspiring musicians through to professional producers and sound engineers.  The second generation of Scarlett has been well received by our sales channels and consumers and has received great industry media reviews.

The Company will announce its final results for the year ended 31 August 2016 on 22nd November 2016.
