Focusrite Plc ('the Group')

Trading Update

Focusrite Plc, the global music and audio products company supplying hardware and software products used by professional and amateur musicians, is pleased to confirm that it expects to report revenues for the half year of over £23 million.  This continues the strong revenue growth of the last six years.

During the period, the Group completed a successful initial public offering ('IPO') and shares in Focusrite Plc commenced trading on AIM on 11 December 2014.

The Group expects to issue its results for the half year ended 28 February 2015, in early May 2015. 

Phil Dudderidge, Executive Chairman commented:

"I am delighted with the Group's successful IPO and admission to AIM.  The performance achieved by the Group in this period has been a pleasing continuation of the historic growth and we all remain confident in the prospects for Focusrite in the second half of this financial year and beyond."
