Focusrite Plc (AIM:TUNE), the global music and audio products company, was notified today that Dave Froker, retiring CEO of the Company, sold 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 175 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale"). Following the Sale, Mr Froker holds 1,052,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.81% of the total voting rights of the Company being 58,075,000 ordinary shares.

As previously announced Mr Froker will be stepping down from his position as CEO at the end of December 2016.
