TO: Crescent Gold Limited (ACN 087 360 996) (“ Crescent

AND TO: ASX Limited

In relation to the offer (“ Offer ”) made pursuant to the Bidder’s Statement dated 29 June 2011 (“ Bidder’s Statement ”) by Focus Minerals Ltd (ACN 005 470 799) (“ Focus ”), Focus Minerals Ltd gives notice pursuant to section 630(3) of the Corporations Act 2001 that as stated in the Notice to free Offer from Conditions under section 650F of the Corporations Act 2001 dated 18 August 2011, the Offer and any contract arising from acceptance of such Offer is free from all conditions in section 11.9 of the Bidder’s Statement.

As at the date of this notice Focus’ voting power in Crescent is 77.97% comprising 942,313,043 Crescent shares out of a total of 1,208,552,549 presently on issue.
