Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary

Focus Minerals Ltd (ASX:FML, the “Company”) wishes to advise that Mr Zaiqian Zhang, CFO and Executive Director of Focus Minerals Ltd, has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company effective today. Mr Zhang’s appointment follows Dr Dane Etheridge’s resignation as Company Secretary and GM Business Development of the Company.
