Obituary

Dear Shareholders,

It is with greatest sadness, I inform you that Mr Peter Gordon Hepburn-Brown recently passed away at the age of 61.

Peter joined the board of Focus Minerals as an Independent Director in 2015. During his tenure, Peter served the Company with diligence, care and enthusiasm. The Company benefited greatly from his experiences and professionalism. His passing away is great loss to all of us.

The directors and staff of Focus Minerals are very saddened with this tragic news and wish to offer our deepest condolences to Peter’s family.
