DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Australian gold producer, Focus Minerals Ltd (ASX: FML “Focus”), announces the resignation of Mr Peter Williams as executive director effective immediately.

Mr Williams will continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer of the Company with prime responsibility for the recently announced refurbishment and modernisation of the Company’s Three Mile Hill treatment plant located in Coolgardie.

This major initiative will utilise Mr Williams’ considerable experience and knowledge in the management and development of the Company’s minerals assets, in particular, the development and operation of the refurbished Three Mile Hill plant and Coolgardie Gold Project.
