CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Focus Minerals Limited ( ASX:FML ) ( Focus or the Company ) advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, RSM Australia Partners ( RSM ) has been appointed auditor of the Company by the Board of Directors, effective today.

The appointment follows the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act .

In accordance with Section 327c of the Corporations Act , RSM will continue to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting, at which time a resolution will be placed to ratify the appointment of RSM as the new auditor.

The Board thanks PricewaterhouseCoopers for their past assistance and services provided to the Company and looks forward to working RSM.
