PUBLICATION OF THE INFORMATION DOCUMENT RELATING TO THE PURCHASE BY FNM S.P.A. OF THE 82.4% STAKE HELD BY REGIONE LOMBARDIA IN MILANO SERRAVALLE – MILANO TANGENZIALI S.P.A.

Milan, March 12, 2021 – Following the press release issued on February 26th, 2021, FNM S.p.A. "FNM" or the "Company") announces that, today, the information document relating to the purchase by FNM of the shareholding – equal to 82.4% of the share capital – held by Regione Lombardia in Milano Serravalle – Milano Tangenziali S.p.A., pursuant to Article 71, paragraph 1, and in compliance with scheme no. 3 referred to under Annex 3B of Consob Regulation no. 11971 of 14 May 1999, as subsequently amended and modified, has been made available to the public at the Company's registered office in Milan, Piazzale Luigi Cadorna 14, on the Company's website (www.fnmgroup.it), as well as on the authorised storage mechanism "EMARKET STORAGE" ().
