RECTIFICATION PRESS RELEASE
ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF FNM S.P.A.
Milan, 1 May 2021 – In partial correction of the press release issued on 30 April 2021, FNM S.p.A. specifies that, due to a mere clerical error, the annual remuneration approved by the Shareholders' Meeting for each Director other than the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors is equal to 35,000 euros.
