THE CFO VALENTINA MONTANARI WILL LEAVE FNM GROUP
Milan, 26 October 2022 – FNM informs that the Chief Financial Officer Valentina Montanari will be stepping down from her duties to pursue new career paths.
During her more than three and a half years of collaboration, in which she also held the positions of Director of DB Cargo Italia S.r.l., Malpensa Distripark S.r.l. and Nordcom S.p.A., Valentina Montanari has been in charge, among other things, of the main extraordinary transactions, in particular the acquisition of Milano Serravalle-Milano Tangenziali S.p.A. and the consequent reduction of the shareholding in Autostrada Pedemontana Lombarda S.p.A., the acquisition of BusForFun.com S.r.l. and the subsequent capital increases, the acquisition of Sportit S.r.l., the development of the Malpensa Distripark real estate project, as well as of some divestments of equity investments.
The Company takes this opportunity to thank Valentina Montanari for the valuable work and the constant commitment that have characterized these years. Her fruitful collaboration has contributed to the growth of the Group and brought excellent results.
Based on the information available to the Company, as of the date of this press release, Dr. Montanari does not hold any shares or other securities issued by FNM.
It should also be noted that no additional allowances or benefits, other than those provided for in application of the national collective bargaining agreement, are to be granted.
Dr. Montanari will hold her office until October 31, 2022. The Company will give notice about the succession within the terms of the law.
