PRESS RELEASE
APPOINTMENT OF THE NEW EXECUTIVE IN CHARGE OF FINANCIAL REPORTING
Milan, 26 October 2022 – The Board of Directors of FNM S.p.A. ("FNM"), which met today under the chairmanship of Mr. Andrea Angelo Gibelli, appointed Mr. Eugenio Giavatto as Executive in charge of financial reporting pursuant to art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, effective as of 1 November 2022.
The appointment followed the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors and complies with the professional requirements set forth in Article 20 of the Articles of Association.
Eugenio Giavatto holds a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Catania, has been a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Public Accountants since 1994 and he is a registered Statutory Auditor.
From May 2020 to October 2022, he was Chief Financial Officer of the Sirti Group and from September 2015 to April 2020 he was Head of Finance, Planning & Analysis of Arcelor Mittal Italia after having gained significant experience covering positions of increasing responsibility in finance for prestigious multinational companies such as Seda International Packaging Group, Maire Technimont, Prysmian and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
