PUBLICATION OF THE LISTS OF CANDIDATES FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE CORPORATE BODIES OF FNM S.p.A.

Milan, April 9th, 2021 – FNM informs that the lists of the candidates for the appointment of the Board of Directors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors, in the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of FNM S.p.A., that will take place on Friday April 30th, 2021 in first calling and, if required, on Monday May 3rd, 2021 in second calling, are available to the public. The lists have been filed within the terms set by the current legislation (April 6th, 2021) by the following shareholders:

• Regione Lombardia representing a 57,57% participation in the share capital;
• Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Spa representing a 14,74% participation in the share capital;
• Avv. Dario Trevisan and Avv. Andrea Ferrero on behalf of the following shareholders: ANIMA SGR S.p.A. (manager of the funds Anima Crescita Italia and Anima Iniziativa Italia), Arca Fondi SGR S.p.A. (manager of the funds Fondo Arca Economia Reale Bilanciato Italia 30 and Fondo Arca Economia Reale Bilanciato Italia 55), Bancoposta Fondi S.p.A. SGR (manager of the fund Bancoposta Rinascimento), Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A (manager of the fund Eurizon Azioni Italia), Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SGR S.p.A. (manager of the fund Mediolanum Flessibile Futuro Italia) and Mediolanum International Funds Limited – Challenge Funds – Challenge Italian Equity, with a cumulated participation in the share capital equal to 2,61%.
