FNM: LOSS OF INDEPENDENCE REQUIREMENTS BY DIRECTOR IVO ROBERTO CASSETTA
Milan, 15 July 2021 – The Board of Directors of FNM S.p.A., which met today under the chairmanship of Mr. Andrea Angelo Gibelli, resolved to confer Director Ivo Roberto Cassetta specific powers relating to the development of FNM Group activities in the motorway sector and to the implementation of the urban and suburban regeneration project called FILI. Therefore, the same Board proceeded to reevaluate the independence requirements provided for by the arts. 147-ter, 4th paragraph, and 148, 3rd paragraph, of the Legislative Decree N. 58/98 and by the Code of Corporate Governance- January 2020 edition, deliberating that Director Cassetta does not meet the independence requirements communicated to the market respectively on 5 May 2021 and 13 May 2021 anymore.
