Dear Investors,

As 2017 draws to a close, I would like to reflect on the achievements Nvoi has made this year and share with you our outlook for 2018.

This year also saw the Nvoi platform expand into Brisbane, with our first corporate client in the region being the Bank of Queensland.

This year we were pleased to announce the relaunch of the optimised platform. This re-launch allowed us to begin actively marketing the product to large corporates, in addition to small and medium sized businesses. Since then, Nvoi has made excellent progress in signing up a number of new blue-chip customers.

We are now building our skills exchanges (pools of similar talent) in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and focusing on the areas where we have had the most traction and support to date. These include Financial Services, Media & Communications and Professional Services.

A snapshot of our corporate clients

These industries represent those that already have large contractor workforces. Adopting a digital process for managing a workforce is a significant change for most of our clients. By focusing on those industries with existing large contract workforces, Nvoi is able to provide significant benefits to hiring managers and HR departments that make the process of adoption faster and less daunting for the corporate.

We now have approximately 750 companies registered on the platform and over 340 jobs have been posted . With the number of job postings increasing, the ability to attract new talent increases which will, in turn, drive the number of placements. Placements are, after all, how revenue is generated.

Nvoi customers have provided excellent feedback, some of which is reflected in the many testimonials our corporate clients and candidates have given us.

To date, we have over 14,000 candidates registered. Whilst not all of these candidates are immediately available for work, the volume of registrations is a strong indication of the market awareness that is building around the Nvoi brand and the improved way of working that is offered to candidates.

Highlighting the increasing engagement, the platform has now processed over 2,000 job applications, 2,500 references and Nvoi has a significant portion of the user base ready for hire.

2018 Outlook

2018 promises to be a year of growth with intensified focus on sales execution and raising the brand’s profile in the market.

Nvoi has established a brand and product that we are proud of and a set of core values that will resonate with candidates and corporates alike.

The magnitude of change Nvoi is driving in the human recourses and recruitment sector is not to be underestimated.

However, we have in place an expert and wellconnected Board and Management team , and coupled with a highly driven sales team , it is expected that the pace of client sign-ups will accelerate in 2018.

The $1 million in funding received in October provides additional capital for sales and marketing activities and has enabled Nvoi to bolster the sales team and provide extra client support.

The support we offer to clients ensures that they are able to simply and easily transition to the platform, making the shift to a digital process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Nvoi recognises the importance of candidates to also drive change, and for this reason we will be launching our Candidate Care program in 2018 .

This will enable Nvoi to retain talent and ensure that candidates also have a superior user experience and access to the services and support they need.

The Board and myself are confident in the outlook for the business and are looking forward to executing our sales and marketing initiatives throughout 2018.

Thank you for your continued support.

Yours Sincerely, Jennifer Maritz Chief Executive Officer
