CONSISTENT QUARTERLY GROWTH IN BILLABLE HOURS

322% Quarter on Quarter Growth:

Since re-launching the product in late March, and commencing sales activities in earnest, we have made significant progress from Q3 to Q4 with Billable Hours increasing 322%.

• Reduced spending back to pre-listing committed levels (26% reduction QTQ)

July is off to a flying start with billable hours booked at 11 times that of June.

One of our early adopters has committed 19 roles for the next 3 months; this re-enforces the “land and expand” approach where we bring a client on-board, get one job, and then expand across the business as the customer experiences the benefits of both speed and lower cost, and the simple digital process for sourcing and engaging talent.

We expect to leverage these early successes with our growing sales team, and drive more corporate business in Australia.

Skills Exchange focus paying off

86% of our current jobs (filled and open) are in IT, demonstrating excitement for the Nvoi model in this space, and confirming that focus in the IT industry will yield results. As we continue to increase use of the platform, we will focus our skills exchanges into highdemand areas to leverage the concentration of skills.

Continuous Innovation

Improving the user experience is key to delivering on our goal of being a trusted platform which is easy to use. We have made enhancements to:

• back end analytics to provide greater insights into user behaviour at every point in the user journey;

• the algorithm to drive better quality matching and faster connections between hiring managers and skilled contractors; and
