NVOI RAISES AU$8M - BUOYED BY ASX LISTING

The Board of Nvoi Ltd (ASX: NVO) (“Nvoi” or “the Company”) is pleased with the support it has received during its first full day of trading on the ASX, trading well above its placement price of $0.06 per share, and looks forward to achieving the operational milestones it has planned.

The Company recommenced trading following the successful reverse takeover of Orrex Resources

Limited ("Orrex"), by Nvoi.

Coinciding with completion of the transaction, and prior to relisting, the Company completed a public offering of 133,333,333 new shares at $0.06 per share to raise a total of $8 million. As previously advised, the Board of the Company changed at completion to reflect the growth stage of the Company, comprising:

  •  Andrew Dutton (Non-Executive Chairman);

  •  Tim Ebbeck (Non-Executive Director);

  •  Pamela Cass (Non-Executive Director);

  •  Warwick Kirby (Group CEO);

  •  Mark Rowlands (Founder & Senior Vice President Global Growth).

During the current financial year, the Company will:

  •  Release the initial Australian platform - July 2016

  •  Develop the customer base and operations from both Enterprise sales and digital acquisitions within the high-volume Sydney and Melbourne markets

  •  Build cash flow and consolidate the management and operating structures; and

  •  Assess markets and build a presence in selected cities, in a staged manner, in USA, UK, EU and AsiaPac.

At closing, the Nvoi share price was 10c with 7.52 million shares worth $727,539 being traded.
