Section 249D Requisition for the Removal and Appointment of Directors

Nvoi Limited (ASX:NVO) (‘Nvoi’ or ‘the Company’) advises that it has received a requisition from Mr Lindsay Rowlands, representing Romance Pacific Pty Ltd and Romance Private Pty Ltd, pursuant to section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 requesting that the Company convene a meeting of shareholders to move resolutions to remove Mr Andrew Dutton, Ms Pamela Cass, Mr Alec Bashinsky and Ms Jennifer Maritz as directors of the Company and to appoint Mr Lindsay Rowlands, Mr Mark Rowlands and Mr Angus Washington as directors of the Company. In addition, resolutions have been proposed to issue new Company share options to these potential new directors.

The Board is taking advice regarding the validity of the requisition and any actions in response.
