Resignation of Director

Nvoi Ltd (ASX: NVO) today announces the resignation of Mr. Mark Rowlands as Senior Vice President Growth, and Executive Director, effective immediately.

Chairman, Andrew Dutton said “On behalf of the Board, I want to acknowledge Mark’s role as a Founder and thank him for his vision and determination in leading the Company through its embryonic development phase, a highly successful ASX listing in June last year, and the deployment of the Platform. His contribution has helped position the Company well with strong momentum to achieve its growth objectives.”

Mr Rowlands said he is pleased to be passing Nvoi to the new management team for the next critical stage of the Company’s development; and will continue to be available to the Board during his 6- month Notice Period.
