Nvoi appoints Alec Bashinsky as a Non-Executive Director

Nvoi Limited (ASX: NVO) has today announced the appointment of Mr. Alec Bashinsky as a Non-Executive Director, effective 1 June 2017.

Nvoi’s Chairman, Andrew Dutton, today said: “On behalf of the Board, I am pleased to welcome Alec and look forward to leveraging his strategic and domain expertise, and proven talent leadership to accelerate Nvoi’s growth.”

Alec brings a wealth of industry experience to the role, and retires from Deloitte at the end of the month where he is currently the Asia Pacific Talent Leader and Australian CHRO and Partner, People and Performance. He is an entrepreneurial thinker who has deep domain expertise and a proven commercial background, which has earned him the HR Director of the Year award on two occasions.

Alec is looking forward to bringing his energy and ideas to Nvoi. “As the industry embraces a period of unprecedented change, it’s an exciting time to be joining Nvoi.
