Resignation of Director
Nvoi Limited (ASX: NVO) advises that Mr Timothy Ebbeck, Non-Executive Director, has given notice of his resignation from the company, effective today. Tim was appointed a NonExecutive Director in June 2016 having brought a wealth of knowledge to the Nvoi Board.
Nvoi’s Chairman, Mr Andrew Dutton, thanked Tim saying he had played a key part in the company’s listing and transition, and wished him all the best for the future.
