APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS & COMPANY SECRETARY

Following the recent acquisition, Nvoi Ltd (formerly known as Orrex Resources Limited) is pleased to announce the new Director appointments to the Company Board as follows:

1. Andrew Dutton – Non-Executive Chairman

2. Pamela Cass – Non-Executive Director

3. Timothy Ebbeck – Non-Executive Director

4. Warwick Kirby – Executive Director

5. Mark Rowlands – Executive Director

In addition, Andrew Bursill was appointed as Company Secretary.

The above appointments are effective from 28 June 2016.

The Board further notes the resignations of the following Directors and expresses their sincerest thanks to all of the Directors for their hard work and positive contribution to the Company:

1. Jeremy Bond

2. Guy Lyons

3. Mark Stowell

In addition, Jonathan Asquith resigned as Company Secretary.

The resignations are effective from 28 June 2016 post the appointment of the new Directors and Company Secretary above.
