SENIOR IBM EXECUTIVE JOINS NVOI AS CEO AS PART OF PLANNED TRANSITION
The Board of Nvoi Ltd (ASX: NVO or “Nvoi”) is pleased to advise that as part of a planned executive transition, experienced executive Jennifer Maritz has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Ms Maritz replaces Mr Warwick Kirby, who has held the position of Nvoi CEO for the past 12 months.
During his time as CEO Mr Kirby participated in the listing of the company on the ASX, including raising AUD$8m in support of the transaction, and the successful launch of the Nvoi Platform, including introducing Tier 1 advisory companies as “early adopters”.
Commenting on the transition to a new CEO, Nvoi Chairman, Andrew Dutton said “it was always recognised that as the company transitioned from a build focus pre-launch to a sales and marketing focus post launch, that executive overseeing each stage may need to be different.
“The Board has spent considerable time identifying and evaluating executives suitable to take Nvoi through its next stage of growth, and we are very pleased to have secured Jennifer as our CEO for this exciting period of the Company’s evolution.”
Ms Maritz, who brings more than 25 years of experience in business and the IT sector, joins Nvoi from IBM, where she served as Vice President of its Global Complex Sales Business covering more than 16 countries. Prior to that she has held senior executive positions as the COO of IBM Asia Pacific Global Business Services, and as CFO of IBM Asia Pacific Global Business Outsourcing Business, based in Tokyo.
Jennifer also holds an Honours Degree in Accounting Science, a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and is a Chartered Accountant.

Ms Maritz will officially commence employment with a remuneration package of $360,000 per annum (gross) a potential annual bonus of up to $60,000 and Long Term Incentive Plan which includes the issuance of 9,000,000 share options with an exercise price of $0.10 each and an expiry date of 5 years from the date of issue of the options. Full details of the options, including vesting conditions, are included in the Notice of Meeting for the Company’s upcoming AGM, where shareholder approval will be sought for their issue.
