BUSINESS UPDATE

• Registration of candidates to the platform continue to accelerate. Since the AGM, we have seen over 50% growth

• Registration of Hiring Managers continue to grow with over 200 clients registered in the first 90 days which validates the market demand for the Nvoi platform

• The focus in new client acquisition has successfully converted to revenue in the first 90 days of operation which validates our billing and revenue model.

• Continued investment in platform development, including mobile, expected to accelerate platform performance against key metrics in 2017

APPOINTMENTS

Jennifer Maritz, CEO of Nvoi Limited (ASX: NVO or “Nvoi”) has announced the appointment of the remaining two leadership roles, which also brings in-house previously outsourced capability.

Michael Bermeister , joins the team as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. This job was posted and filled via the Nvoi platform!

Michael has extensive experience in software with Adept Business Services and Oracle Corporation and in recruitment services with Talent2. This experience brings to Nvoi the skills necessary for effective financial management, financial strategies, budgeting, reporting, tax compliance, audit, risk management, legal affairs and corporate governance.

Adrian Wicks , joins the team as Vice President, Marketing & Communications. Adrian will be responsible for Branding, Communications as well as PR and Marketing. Adrian will also oversee program execution across all communication, digital and social marketing channels.

Adrian has a strong track record in marketing and communications including experience at Docusign, SAP and Seibel. He has lead the transformation of high performing, tactical business units into data and content driven machines. He will focus on segmenting the target market and aligning the right content to the right person, at the right time, for each interaction.
