ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On November 16, 2023, FMC Corporation issued a press release previewing its long-range strategic growth plan and preliminary full year 2024 outlook. The strategic growth plan and outlook along with additional detail of the previously announced restructuring plan will be discussed at Investor Day, which is being held at its corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, PA today, November 16, 2023.
