Completion of acquisition of Hot Bath B.V.

Following the press release of 13 May 2019, FM Mattsson Mora Group has today completed the acquisition of Hot Bath B.V. It remains for the sellers to subscribe for shares of series B in the Company corresponding to 3.5 million euros to be paid through set-off.
