Change in number of shares and votes in FM Mattsson AB

During June, FM Mattsson AB implemented the share split decided at the Annual General Meeting on May 12, 2022. Each existing share has been divided into three new shares of the same share class (split 3:1).

Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares in FM Mattsson AB amounts to 42,310,431, of which 6,069,000 are Class A shares and 36,241,431 are Class B shares. The Class A shares represent 60,690,000 votes and the Class B shares represent 36,241,431 votes, a total of 96,931,431 votes.
