Change in number of shares and votes in FM Mattsson Mora Group

During March 2021, 216,184 Class B shares have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The issued shares form part of the consideration for the acquisition of Aqualla Brassware Ltd as communicated on 26 February 2021. The total number of votes in the company thereafter amounts to 32,310,477.

The total number of registered shares in FM Mattsson Mora Group amounts to 14,103,477 after the conversion, of which 2,023,000 are Class A shares and 12,080,477 are Class B shares.
