Change in number of shares and votes in FM Mattson Mora Group

According to the articles of association of FM Mattsson Mora Group AB (publ) ("FM Mattsson Mora Group" or the "Company"), owners of Class A shares have the right to have such shares converted to Class B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of votes in the Company.

During September 2018, following a request from a shareholder, a conversion of 1,700 Class A shares to Class B shares has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The total number of votes in the Company thereafter amounts to 31,652,100.

The total number of registered shares in FM Mattsson Mora Group amounts to 13,445,100 after the conversion, of which 2,023,000 are Class A shares and 11,422,100 are Class B shares.
