Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Flyr AS (the "Company")

on 17 March 2022 regarding a private placement of new shares towards TV 2 Invest

AS.

The share capital increase relating to the share issuance is now registered with

the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. After this, the Company's new

registered share capital is NOK 849,372.668 divided on 424,686,334 shares, each

with a nominal value of NOK 0.002.
