Flyr AS - New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Flyr AS (the "Company")

on 5 May 2022 regarding the successfully placed private placement of new shares

(the "Private Placement"). The Private Placement was divided into two tranches

("Tranche 1" and "Tranche 2"). Reference is also made to the stock exchange

notice on 13 May 2022 where the Company announced that an extraordinary general

meeting of the Company had resolved the share capital increase related to

Tranche 2.

The share capital increase relating to the 178,545,984 shares to be issued in

Tranche 2 was registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

today. After this, the Company's new registered share capital is NOK

1,266,039.334 divided on 633,019,667 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK

0.002.
