Flyr AS - New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Flyr AS (the "Company")

on 16 November 2022 regarding the extraordinary general meeting's approval of

the private placement of 25,000,000,000 new shares (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement was registered

with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today. After this, the

Company's new registered share capital is NOK 51,266,039.334 divided on

25,633,019,667 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.002.
