Flyr AS - Traffic figures for April 2022

A total of 122.600 guests travelled with Flyr in April, an increase of 46%

compared to March. The loyalty program Flyr + was introduced end of March and

was very well received in the market, with over 90 000 members signing up during

the first month.

With on average eight aircraft in operation, the production was 224.6 million

ASK, with a load factor of 62%. Yield in the month was NOK 0.62 vs. NOK 0.48 in

March.

· We are pleased to see a 46% increase in number of guests from March to

April, and with the very positive reception our loyalty program Flyr + has

received in the market. The summerprogram has been well received by our

customers and achieved record high sales in the month of April, driven by a

substantial interest in our leisure destinations, says Tonje Wikstrøm Frislid,

CEO of Flyr.

In April, Flyr received two brand new Boeing 737-8, and the fleet is currently

10 aircraft. A further 2 brand new 737-8 are being delivered in June and July.

At the end of April, Flyr has 36 FTE's per aircraft, which is in line with the

planned progression to reach the targeted cost level.

Unit revenue (PASK) in April was NOK 0.40, while the average PASK from first

flight in June 2021 was NOK 0.29. Flyr had a regularity in operations during the

month of 98.1 % and punctuality of 88.8%.
