Flyr AS – Removal of shares
Oslo Børs has decided to remove the shares of Flyr AS from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book – Part II section 3.17.2 (1), cf. Securities Trading Act § 9-30 (1), Oslo Børs has on 14 February 2023 made the following resolution:
“The shares of Flyr AS are removed from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo as of 16 February 2023.
Last day of trading will be 15 February 2023.”
