An extraordinary general meeting was held in Flyr AS (the "Company") today, 13

May 2022. The extraordinary general meeting approved tranche 2 of the private

placement in the Company announced on 5 May 2022 as well as an authorization to

the Company's board of directors to carry out a potential subsequent offering.
