Description

Flynn Gold Limited (‘FG1’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Tuesday, 15 June 2021. Official quotation of FG1’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 10:30am AEST on Thursday, 17 June 2021.

FG1 raised $10,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 30 March 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 50,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
