Flynas Company announces that it received a notification on 21 December 2025 from one of its major shareholders, Mr. Nasser Ibrahim Rasheed AlRashid, confirming the completion of the transfer of part of his shareholding.
Mr. Nasser Ibrahim Rasheed AlRashid previously held 11,148,178 shares, representing 6.525% of the Company’s share capital. On 21 December 2025, he has transferred 3,716,058 shares, representing approximately 2.175% of the Company’s share capital, to his family members by way of a gift transaction, in accordance with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) Rules and Regulations. Following the completion of the aforementioned gift transactions, his ownership in the Company has decreased to approximately 4.35% of the share capital.
Accordingly, this change has resulted in an update to the ownership percentage of one of the Company’s major shareholders, and the list of major shareholders published on the Tadawul website.
