PROFIT ALERT - REDUCTION IN LOSS

This announcement is made by Flydoo Technology Holding Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 17.10(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "GEM Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders (the "Shareholders") and potential investors of the Company that, based on the information currently available and preliminary assessment of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended 31 March 2025, the Group is expected to record a net loss of approximately HK$1.3 million, as compared to a net loss of approximately HK$13.8 million for the year ended 31 March 2024 (the "Prior Year").

The Board considered that the aforementioned decrease in loss was mainly attributable to the following reasons: (i) the decrease in staff costs and directors' emoluments; and (ii) the absence of an one-off loss on the disposal of subsidiaries, which was recognised in the Prior Year. The above effects were partially offset by the decrease in gross profit for the year ended 31 March 2025.

The information above is based only on management's preliminary assessment of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended 31 March 2025 and the information currently available, which has not been audited or reviewed by the auditor or the Audit Committee of the Company. The Company is in the process of finalising the Group's financial results for the year ended 31 March 2025, which is expected to be published before the end of June 2025 in accordance with the GEM Listing Rules.
